Introducing: The Equitable Leadership Coaching Program

Program Overview

In the 5-month Equitable Leadership Coaching Program, The Mathpath Aubrey Blanche works with a group of executives to understand both their individual roles in creating systemic equity and their responsibility within their organizations. Through careful assessment and custom-designed learning journeys, leaders will be presented with the opportunity to examine their own structural advantages; perform critical power and impact analysis of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within their own organizations; and identify areas of their work they can use to build a fairer, more equitable world.

"Aubrey is the only diversity and inclusion professional I've encountered in my career who could speak to the entire universe of individuals, across the spectrum of political beliefs and across the spectrum of seniority in an organisation. She had impact across not just our organisation but across our customer base as well."

- Bryan J. Rollins, former GM, Jira @ Atlassian

Program Structure

During the program, you'll experience personal & group support to help you grow into the leader you've always intended to be. The program includes:

The Mathpath Leadership Assessment

In a custom-designed assessment, you'll have the opportunity to share more about your motivation, baseline knowledge, and orientation to the work. As a part of the assessment you'll have a 1:1 discussion with Aubrey to get a fuller picture of the growth you're looking for, begin goal setting, and uncover the support you need as a part of the process.

Group Curriculum and Live Discussions

Based on each of the individual assessments and Aubrey's extensive expertise coaching leaders, she will develop a group-specific curriculum to help the group advance in their knowledge and practice of equitable leadership. In 5 live group workshops and discussions, you'll be able to dive more deeply into your weekly and monthly assignments and grow in your understanding of equitable leadership through realistic action and decision scenarios.

Private Slack Community

In a community with your cohort, you'll be able to ask questions of Aubrey and the group, and engage in asynchronous discussion of what you're learning through the group and your individual curriculums, and build a community of support for your equity & inclusion journey.

Individual Learning Journey & Coaching (Optional)

Participants in the program will also have the opportunity to work with Aubrey individually to go deeper into their personal equity practice: setting concrete and ambitious goals, taking on more complex challenges, and finding their own inner resolve. Sessions are held monthly.
