In her one-on-one and group coaching relationships, Aubrey works to understand each leader’s unique identity, strengths, and opportunities for impact. Through customized learning journeys, she guides leaders through exercises and experiences that broader their perspective, build their personal agency, and inpsire them to take action to build the world they dream of.
A deep believer in the power of compassion to create safety and spark personal growth, Aubrey has worked with more than one hundred leaders to understand their unique role in building an equitable future. Her approach helps hold leaders accountable for the commitments they make to themselves and to others, and step in both deeper self knowledge and systemic power.
