Helping organisations deploy AI responsibly
Overview
Aubrey Blanche is an AI ethics expert and advisor on issues of responsible operations to organisations around the world. A technology and non-profit executive with 15 years of experience scaling unicorns like Atlassian and Culture Amp, she has been writing about issues involving the use of AI in the workplace since 2017. She is currently a masters student in AI Ethics & Society through the Leverhulme Center for the Future of Intelligence at the University of Cambridge researching issues at the intersection of justice for marginalised communities and organisational AI adoption.
Her theory of change is grounded in a belief that a better world is possible, and that technology has a role to play in helping us create it. Known for her frank and compassionate style, her work calls collaborators to consider both the individual and structural components getting in the way of AI being deployed responsibly. Her experience scaling some of the world’s leading technology companies helps her break down the vision of safety into concrete, measurable plans to achieve it.
